CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICIES

Returns

• Food items that have been opened and First Aid Items cannot be returned. All other items must be in new condition (unless merchandise was originally defective or damaged in transit)
• Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a refund of the merchandise cost only (including tax where applicable)   Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product was defective or we shipped the item in error.
• Food items that have been opened and First Aid Items cannot be returned. All other items must be in new condition.
• Returns are accepted within 14 day in U.S (exceptions can be made  gifts and international orders)

To make an Exchange or Return

1. Contact us by either calling emailing us at Return@BinkyBunny.com or call 415-992-6430
2. Repack the product(s) in the original packaging materials
3. Tell us the most convenient time for pick-up, and we’ll schedule a pick-up.
4. For locations that are unavailable to pick-up, you can mail the merchandise back to: BinkyBunny, 2601C Blanding Ave. #282 Alameda, CA. 94501.

BinkyBunny is not responsible for lost shipments sent to us, so for your protection, we encourage you to send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as FedEx Ground or UPS (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference). 

Refunds

• Merchandise may be returned for a refund of the merchandise cost only (including tax where applicable)   Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product was defective or we shipped the item in error.
• The applicable credit will be applied to the payment method you originally used to order.
• We will refund between 2 and 5 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
