15/23, which includes energy-dense alfalfa hay, was designed
specifically to provide stabilized nutrients to keep young rabbits
thriving. This feed also can be used to boost the nutrition of
older rabbits with weight loss due to age or illness. Offer Bunny
Basics 15/23 in combination with Oxbow grass hays to ensure a
healthy, balanced diet for young or active rabbits.
Bunny Basics 15/23 is an alfalfa-based pellet created especially
for the specific dietary needs of the young or active rabbit.
Rabbits are strict herbivores and a diet high in fiber is essential
for maintaining good health. Alfalfa hay is used to provide an
optimized balanced protein source, containing the amino acids
required for the growth and health of your rabbit.
Bunny Basics 15/23 can be fed to older rabbits having problems
maintaining weight due to age or illness. When supplemented with
free-choice grass hay, Bunny Basics 15/23 may also be fed to
gestating or lactating rabbits.
Young bunnies have different nutritional needs than those of
adult pet rabbits. Oxbow's fresh-from-the-farm Bunny Basics 15/23
fulfills those unique dietary requirements.
Always change your rabbit's food gradually to allow the
digestive system time to adapt. Some rabbits are resistant to
change, so time and patience are needed when switching feeds.

CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICIES
Returns
- Food items
that have been opened and First Aid Items cannot be returned. All
other items must be in new condition (unless merchandise was
originally defective or damaged in transit)
- Merchandise
may be exchanged or returned for a refund of the merchandise cost
only (including tax where applicable) Shipping charges
will not be refunded unless the product was defective or we shipped
the item in error.
- Food items
that have been opened and First Aid Items cannot be returned. All
other items must be in new condition.
- Returns are
accepted within 14 day in U.S (exceptions can be made gifts
and international orders)
To make an Exchange or
Return
- Contact us by
either calling emailing us at Return@BinkyBunny.com or call
415-992-6430
- Repack the
product(s) in the original packaging materials
- Tell us the
most convenient time for pick-up, and we’ll schedule a
pick-up.
- For locations
that are unavailable to pick-up, you can mail the merchandise back
to: BinkyBunny, 2601C Blanding Ave. #282 Alameda, CA. 94501.
BinkyBunny is
not responsible for lost shipments sent to us, so for your
protection, we encourage you to send your return via carriers who
offer package tracking such as FedEx Ground or UPS (be sure to
retain your tracking receipt for future reference).
Refunds
- Merchandise
may be returned for a refund of the merchandise cost only
(including tax where applicable) Shipping charges will
not be refunded unless the product was defective or we shipped the
item in error.
- The
applicable credit will be applied to the payment method you
originally used to order.
- We will
refund between 2 and 5 business days after we receive the returned
item(s).
Cancellations
We understand
mistakes happen, and if you made an error in ordering, please call
asap 415-992.6430 or email to Cancel@BinkyBunny.com.
Put “Cancel Request” in subject line. This will insure
quicker delivery to the correct department.
IF the
order has not been sent out, we may be able to cancel, refund,
and/or change the order for you. If the order has been sent
we can sometimes get it back if caught early enough, but if not,
then you will have to go through the return process.
Merchandise Damaged in
Transit
If your
package appears damaged, or the items inside are damaged, call us
at 415-992-6430 so we can arrange to have it picked up and
inspected or you may desire to call the shipper to be sure the
inspection time is convenient for you. You must retain all of the
original packing materials. Upon confirmation by the shipping
vendor, we will resend the order at no additional charge.
