This is a A BinkyBunny Favorite! We are so
excited to finally bring the hairbuster to you! We have used
many kinds combs and brushes over the years, (slickers, rubber
combs, grooming gloves, furminator) and The Patented HairBuster™
comb so far is our personal favorite. It controls shedding as
it effectively grips and removes loose, dead and tangled hair from
thin to thick undercoats without scratching or harming your pet's
skin. It also doesn't overgroom like some brush/comb
can.
Rabbits molt about four times per year.
Some rabbits molt heavily (explosion molt) that takes less than a
week, while other molt slowly over a few weeks. There are
also some bunnies that do a light shedding, it seems, throughout
the year. The HairBuster™ comb handles it
all.
Each HairBuster™ comb is constructed with rounded tip tines for
your pet's comfort. The tine spacing and/or tine length safely
reach your pet's undercoat. The tines, in combination with the
color sleeve, gently lift, grip, and remove the loose hair and
dander. As grooming continues, loose hair is stored in the sleeve
and removed by brushing the hair off the tines or removing the
sleeve to rinse.
Additionally, rounded tines gently massage your pets skin, and in
addition the friction between the sleeve and the hair, helps to
stimulate the fatty acids to transfer into the coat, which makes
your pet look shiny.

NOTE: Bunny skin is sensitive and so be sure
to follow the instructions closely to comb sideways along the fur
line. Do not comb with the prongs straight
down.
The tines and the sleeve are
design to lift-up, grip, store and removes tiny loose, dead, and
tangled hair that beads between the healthy hairs from the skin up
to the surface coat. It breaks up and removes light hair
mats.

CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICIES
Returns
- Food items
that have been opened and First Aid Items cannot be returned. All
other items must be in new condition (unless merchandise was
originally defective or damaged in transit)
- Merchandise
may be exchanged or returned for a refund of the merchandise cost
only (including tax where applicable) Shipping charges
will not be refunded unless the product was defective or we shipped
the item in error.
- Food items
that have been opened and First Aid Items cannot be returned. All
other items must be in new condition.
- Returns are
accepted within 14 day in U.S (exceptions can be made gifts
and international orders)
To make an Exchange or
Return
- Contact us by
either calling emailing us at Return@BinkyBunny.com or call
415-992-6430
- Repack the
product(s) in the original packaging materials
- Tell us the
most convenient time for pick-up, and we’ll schedule a
pick-up.
- For locations
that are unavailable to pick-up, you can mail the merchandise back
to: BinkyBunny, 2601C Blanding Ave. #282 Alameda, CA. 94501.
BinkyBunny is
not responsible for lost shipments sent to us, so for your
protection, we encourage you to send your return via carriers who
offer package tracking such as FedEx Ground or UPS (be sure to
retain your tracking receipt for future reference).
Refunds
- Merchandise
may be returned for a refund of the merchandise cost only
(including tax where applicable) Shipping charges will
not be refunded unless the product was defective or we shipped the
item in error.
- The
applicable credit will be applied to the payment method you
originally used to order.
- We will
refund between 2 and 5 business days after we receive the returned
item(s).
Cancellations
We understand
mistakes happen, and if you made an error in ordering, please call
asap 415-992.6430 or email to Cancel@BinkyBunny.com.
Put “Cancel Request” in subject line. This will insure
quicker delivery to the correct department.
IF the
order has not been sent out, we may be able to cancel, refund,
and/or change the order for you. If the order has been sent
we can sometimes get it back if caught early enough, but if not,
then you will have to go through the return process.
Merchandise Damaged in
Transit
If your
package appears damaged, or the items inside are damaged, call us
at 415-992-6430 so we can arrange to have it picked up and
inspected or you may desire to call the shipper to be sure the
inspection time is convenient for you. You must retain all of the
original packing materials. Upon confirmation by the shipping
vendor, we will resend the order at no additional charge.
