CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICIES
- Food items that have been opened and First Aid Items cannot be returned. All other items must be in new condition (unless merchandise was originally defective or damaged in transit)
- Merchandise may be returned for a refund of the merchandise cost only (including tax where applicable) Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product was defective or we shipped the item in error. You can ship back the most cost effective way for you. Email us the the tracking number/and or date of mailing if no tracking number.
- Food items that have been opened and First Aid Items cannot be returned. All other items must be in new condition.
- Returns are accepted within 14 day in U.S (exceptions can be made gifts and international orders)
To make an Exchange or Return
- Contact us by either calling emailing us at info@BinkyBunny.com or call 415-992-6430.
- Repack the product(s) in the original packaging materials
- Tell us the most convenient time for pick-up, and we'll schedule a pick-up.
- For locations that are unavailable to pick-up, or you returning the item yourself, you can mail the merchandise back to: BinkyBunny, 1933 Davis St, #254, San Leandro, CA 94577
BinkyBunny is not responsible for lost shipments sent to us, so for your protection, we encourage you to send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as FedEx Ground or ask that your package be insured. Put in comments or email us that you want to insure your order (before it gets shipped out!)

- The applicable credit will be applied to the payment method you originally used to order.
- We will refund between 2 and 5 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
We understand mistakes happen, and if you made an error in ordering, please email us asap Info@BinkyBunny.com or call 415-992.6430 Put Cancel Request in subject line if emailing. This will insure quicker delivery to the correct department. (and we pretty fast with our email responses). IF the order has not been sent out, we may be able to cancel, refund, and/or change the order for you. If the order has been sent we can sometimes get it back if caught early enough, but if not, then you will have to go through the return process.
Merchandise Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or the items inside are damaged, call us at 415-992-6430 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected or you may desire to call the shipper to be sure the inspection time is convenient for you. You must retain all of the original packing materials. Upon confirmation by the shipping vendor, we will resend the order at no additional charge.
