2024 HOLIDAY SHIPPING & VACATION ORDER DEADLINES

CHRISTMAS: We need time to fill your order and the carriers need time it to get it to you.

COMMON QUESTION:  Is it still possible to get it to me by Christmas? We are working fast and furiously to get orders out ASAP, so it's possible, but not guaranteed. IF it does arrive after Christmas, it's just a wonderful fun time during the holiday vacation and great start to the New Year.  

SHIPPING CARRIER DEADLINES (For Christmas Delivery):

• FedEx Smartpost AKA Ground Economy: Do not choose Fedex Smartpost if you want it there before Christmas. Fedex Home Delivery, Fedex Ground, and USPS still okay.  See below. 

• FedEx Ground or Home Delivery:
• East Coast - Tuesday Dec. 17th (Order by Saturday the 14th)
• Midwest - Wednesday Dec. 18th (Order by Sunday the 15th)
• West Coast - Thursday Dec. 19th (Order by Monday the 16th)
• USPS:
• USA Ground Advantage - Wednesday Dec. 18th (Order by Monday the 16th)
• Canada (Priority) - No orders can be placed, not delivering postal strike.

Do you need your order during our holiday vacation?

• Cut-off time - Wednesday Dec 18th at 10:00 PM PT (NOT guaranteed before Christmas)
• Orders will be NOT be filled after Friday Dec. 20th so plan ahead for your Food, Treats and Noms. 
• NOTE: See dates above for Christmas Delivery

Be sure to order ASAP so we can fill it before we leave on vacation. We know this may not be convenient for some customers, but our small team works like frenzied nutty bunnies this time of year; Then we collapse into a pile of exhausted lounging lagomorphs. A vacation is a must so we can rest and get back to hoppin' in the New Year.
