Organic blend of Pea Flakes, Parsnip Flakes and Plantain!
Treat your bunny or guinea pig to this wholesome flavorful tasty organic blend!
Regularly part of the diet of wild rabbits plantain promotes healthy digestion and has a flavor that our small herbivore friends love. Pea flakes are safe and nutritious as well as easy to digest due to the starch being broken down during the crushing and flattening into flakes. Pea flakes are great for guinea pigs due to the amino acid lysine which guinea pigs need but can’t produce.
Perfect as a daily supplement or a special snack—your furry friends will love every bite!
Note: Pea flakes are not the same as raw peas, which should not be given to pets as they are not digestible. Raw peas are not in this blend.
FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS:
Just a few Veggie Flakes 2-3 x per Week. An animal companion needing more calories or protein can be given a bit more.
These veggie flakes can be used as a pellet or salad topper or a special stand alone treat.
Keep unused portion tightly sealed and dry. Store in a cool, dry location away from sunlight.

Our bunnies enjoy KP veggie flakes. They recognize the sound when I pop off the top of the container toI sprinkle on top of pellets - and they get so excited! It's nice to have a healthy treat that puts some bink in their step.

I sprinkle it in Frieda’s food and over a foraging blanket with other treats! But it’s my hamster, Banjo, who really really loves these! I sprinkle them throughout the “jungle gym” of bark I set up for her, plus I hand feed them to her as a special treat! It’s such a delight to have teensy tiny hamster hands grab your finger to bite the treat 😂🥹🥰
General Toy Precautions: Ensure your rabbit doesn't ingest large quantities of any toy. It's important they don't become satiated and neglect their essential high-fiber diet, crucial for maintaining a healthy digestive system. If you find your bunny actually eats large portions at once, we advise removing the toy and only offering it to them for brief periods under supervision.
