Hawthorn Leaf: Supports cardiovascular health and helps regulate body temperature.
Fenugreek Seed: Neutral in temperature, supports metabolism and digestive balance.
Blackberry Leaf: Rich in antioxidants, detoxifies and promotes skin health.
Oat Tops: Soothing and nutritious, supports digestion and hydration.
Strawberry Leaf: Cooling and diuretic, promotes kidney function and detoxification.
Summer Savory: Aromatic and digestive, relieves abdominal discomfort.
