I love this hay so much! I always get the 9lb and sometimes from Petco I will get the 25 lb box. I can't stress enough how much I love this hay. It always looks and smells fresh. It is very green, and the pieces are pretty long. My rabbit gets so excited every time I put new hay in her litterbox. The one thing I will mention is that it is really compacted in the box. This is not Binky Bunnie's fault, that is Oxbow. But once you loosen the hay, it is really great, and diffidently deserves 5 stars. The price is pretty good too! Highly recommend.

Roscoe's never had it so good
I am extremely delighted with both the hay and the customer service of binkybunny. I ordered the 9 lb bag of Timothy hay. The first bag had an issue. I emailed binkybunny the day after I received it and explained my concerns. They, in turn, sent me a fresh bag of hay. Not only did the hay smell and look like it was picked and baled that day, but Roscoe noticed the difference immediately. I have horses so once in a while getting a bad bale is normal. Binkybunny was jonny-on-spot when they sent me a fresh bale at no extra cost to me. We love getting our bunny's needs taken care of from BinkyBunny.

My bunny, Roscoe, goes through this hay like crazy. Knowing how good it is for her to eat a lot of fiber, I have it available in different areas in her room. I was buying the 40 oz bags, which was always high quality. I decided to purchase the 9 lb bag for the first time. I received the bag of hay and was dissatisfied with the quality of the bigger bag. With that being said, I e-mailed Binky Bunny and within 3 days I had a new bag. The new bag is just as green and fresh smelling as if I picked it out myself.
I'm extremely pleased with BB's customer service as well as with the new batch of hay. I realize that once in a while you can get a batch of bad hay...totally understandable, the way it was handled was very professionally. I've been buying hay from BB for over a year and I will keep buying from them as long as I have bunnies. Thank you BB.

My rabbits love this hay!! And I like that it comes in a 9 lb. bag now, because my rabbits go through it pretty quickly!
NOTE: Hay is a natural product. The same variety of hay can vary in courseness, color and length by season.
Hay is extremely important for a bunny’s digestive system. Always have it available. My bunnies eat more hay when they have a variety of hays.
Hay Tip – A great trick that encourages more hay consumption is add a little fresh hay on top of the existing hay, or take the hay that has been sitting there all day, put in back in the bag, mix it around and grab a new big handful. I don’t know why this works – maybe the fresh scent of hay being resurfaced – For some reason this entices them to eat more, even though they still had plenty of hay in their rack.
