The ramp is great and so aren't the rest of the cardboard play houses.
I bought the ramp to compliment the cottage. My bunnies haven’t used it to actually get on the second floor yet, but they seem to like chewing on it. I believe eventually they may use it. I’ve only had it a couple weeks, and they don’t get access everyday. I use it as a boredom buster.
She uses bunny castle as a tunnel, not climbing, and she won't use the ramp. Also it takes up a lot of room.
The ramp fits into the Cottontail Cottage, but it would have to be taped in to keep it straight enough to use and prevent it from constantly popping out. The corrugated tread is a joke. My rabbit won't use it as every time he tried, it ended up tilting sideways and spilling him off. Since he can't navigate the Cottage with its nearly vertical ramps, the large ramp was also a waste of money.
This ramp makes the cottage so much more accessible for my bunny, especially since it's a gradual incline and is corrugated!
There were no instructions for the ramp, but I eventually figured it. Unfortunately, I had to use a good bit of tape to get it to hold together. Also, I couldn't figure out a way to attach the ramp to the cottage...it kind of just rests on a cardboard ledge. My bun does like it, but more times than not, it ends up knocked over. In hindsight , I probably wouldn't have bought it. My bun wants to try and chew the tape holding it together.
This ramp is an affordable and nice addition to the cottontail cottage! Get it!
Wasn't sure little Ophelia would use this ramp, she getting more comfortable with it. I would have regretted not getting the ramp.
My bunny loves to chew and scratch at the ramp. He also likes to hop straight up to the top, and then enjoys running down the ramp. It connects well to the Cottontail Cottage and secures pretty well.
A fun product for busy bunnies who need a place to climb, peek, and hide. Love this cottage and the fast delivery and excellent service.
I just got my second cottage in the mail and put it together for my bun. I thought this time getting him the ramp would be a fun idea but when I got the ramp there are literally NO instructions!! I tried folding it a bunch of ways but it just collapses in on itself and I'm sad to see it go to waste since I did buy it for my little mini lop Lou Francis... If they would just put up instructions it'd be nice.
This is a wonderful addition to the Cottontail Cottage, especially for my elderly mini lop who prefers it to the twisting ramps inside. I had no problem attaching it to the side of the Cottontail Cottage and so far it has stayed put.
My big bunny uses the ramp to get to her treats. Another challenge that she can overcome.
The Cottontail Cottage Ramp bewildered my rabbits at first, but once they figured it out they really loved using it to climb to the second level. One of my rabbits really likes nibbling on the tread, so it may have to be replaced more quickly than the cottage itself. I am very happy with this purchase.
It didn't seem to hook on securely at top. Our bunny had it off pretty quick.Where the round holes are on one side just bends in.He only weighs 2 1/2 lbs.He enjoyed just playing with it.
My bunnies love it. They use their condo much more with the help of the ramp, especially my older bunny. You are the only place I know of that carries this ramp.
He likes to run up the ramp to the second story of his condo
I couldn't figure out how to attach this to the Cottontail Cottage so that my three house rabbits couldn't remove it. So I attached it to my couch with a clamp. Buns now have easy access to sit with me, and a cool hole to hop through and widen to their liking. I gave it three stars because it doesn't serve the purpose I purchased it for...
This item was recommended since I was getting the Cottage for my bunnies. While the idea is good, the design could be better. When setting it up, we had some issues figuring out how to connected the ramp to the cottage. I worry about the ramp still because where the sides connect together, it needs tape or something; the flaps do not like to stay together.
This was actually a great idea, except for my rabbits prefer to jump from level to level rather than use a ramp. They tried it once and it was too steep of a ramp for them to hop up, and they just tried to avoid it by hopping from the base to the top in one leap. Additionally, it was a very weak structure to begin with. I had to reinforce it with many other pieces of cardboard to make it sturdy enough to even stand up on its own let alone hold a 5 lb bunny's weight. It is a great idea, however, and I think my friend's four rats will love it- especially because of the special wavy traction.
