Hay is extremely important for a bunny’s digestive system. Always have it available. My bunnies eat more hay when they have a variety of hays.

Hay Tip – A great trick that encourages more hay consumption is add a little fresh hay on top of the existing hay, or take the hay that has been sitting there all day, put in back in the bag, mix it around and grab a new big handful. I don’t know why this works – maybe the fresh scent of hay being resurfaced – For some reason this entices them to eat more, even though they still had plenty of hay in their rack.

Great Bale

Use it for the litter box. Most on one side and use it to spread out between cleanings. Then easy to move remaining to reuse.

My bun loves it!

I have gotten these hay bails a few times for my bun. I like to get a couple different kinds of hay, much like we like variety, so would they. And he just gobbles it up. I like the way they are tied up and packed in a small bail but when you take the ties off, it's actually a good amount of hay! I will continue to buy!

Very nice hay

It's very nice hay. It seems fresh and smells great. My rabbit is skeptical of it but that's because he is a rabbit. He has been eating it, just with reluctance and suspicion. Hopefully he either grows to like it or makes it through the bale regardless, but I won't be upset either way. It's good quality and seems more than worth the price considering how much I've spent on bad hay in the past. I'd give it a shot and see if your bunny is interested and if not remember that there are circumstances (being a rabbit) that are beyond anyone's control.
